I have read some success stories on this messageboard, and I found them very inspiring. I decided to join to gain support from others embarking on the same journey as I am.
I'm 5' 9", and 220 pounds. I'd like to be 160 pounds, fit, energetic, and happier. I look forward to posting more and talking with more like-minded individuals
I didn't put any of my 'stats' up there, but here goes...**gulp**
I'm 5'2" and 260. My goal would be 180 and fit! I've always been a 'stocky' build, so tone and fit will work for me vs. being skinny. I think I'll look better/healthier.
