I have been overweight once in my life (175 lb was my highest)!
Since that weight loss almost 7 or 8 years ago, I have always remained between 125 and 145. While those are perfectly reasonable weights, I have always wanted defined abdominal muscles. That is why I have decided to drop 10-15 lbs.
I have started a blog that chronicles an experimental diet affectionately known as a protein sparing modified fast. I don't if anyone takes an interest in it, or has heard of it and is wondering what the results are like. I'm just going for it, and we will see what happens.
