Hey, everyone! I actually just stumbled across this site not too long ago, which is crazy because weight loss has been a big thing on my mind recently.
I'm 19 years old, 5'0 and around roughly 165 pounds.
I used to be 153 when I was 17 and got down to 139 [not even reaching my goal of 125], but then it all went downhill and I'm up to this weight, obviously worse than before.
I've tried so hard to lose weight because I've done it before, but I get the response of, "You've said you were going to lose weight a thousand times, blah blah blah, look at you now." It always brought me down so I've just fallen into a slump.
So I'm hoping here I can get the support I need and the motivation to get where I want to be!
