Hello,

This is my first time trying to do weight loss with a support forum. Hopefully it works and keeps me motivated . I have tried several different programs, and currently I'm doing my Lap-Band diet, because I had the Lap-Band about 4 years ago unsuccessfully. I hope to make some encouragement buddies to keep me going through this process. Wish me luck!
