Hi all. My name is Sarah, and I am trying to lose a bunch of weight. I was always skinny and fit - at least until about 30. My weight was slowly creeping up and then I gained a ton of weight with my babies.
I am tired of being fat and all the negative stuff associated with it - lack of fitness, fatigue, appearance, etc.

Hey, I live in Salt Lake. And we both started at pretty much the same weight.
Well.... I've lost 28 lbs in the past 2 months by just eating healthy and exercising. So... I have faith that you can make some changes and everything else will start to fall into line for you.
Once you start to see the changes and are feeling healthier and overall, you're really gonna feel like a rock star!!
