Hi people!

I'm new here and I'm thinking of starting the Ideal Protein diet... I'm comparing some diets and I want to make sure I choose the one that's the most complete, like that has the most variety of products !! So, what makes Ideal Protein good and what do you think (food-ly speaking..lol) it's seriously lacking?

I will tell you...honestly...it is the EASIEST diet I have EVER been on!!! I am not addicted to carbs...or food for that matter, I gained my weight from medication, so I don't feel deprived at all. I will admit, I do miss an occasional piece of pizza and totally miss fruit, but other than that...this is so easy!

I love the fact that I really don't have to THINK. It is such a set plan that I just grab what I need and get on with my day.

The biggest challenge for me was getting in all my water...but...I got a BIG Starbucks glass - the one with the lid and straw and know if I fill it 3 times I am good. If I fill it more than three, it's even better!

Good luck with your decision. I have never been so happy about my decision!!!
