Looking for some weight loss support ♥
Hey, I'm Ali and I just joined this site right now. I came across is completely by accident. I'm 17 and I am currently at 178 lbs and I am 5'1", so 178 is a lot for my height! I have been having a lot of issues with my self esteem and I have made suicide attempts in the past, but now I am in counseling and things are starting to seem better. Well, everything but my weight, that is. I have been taking the anti-depressant Zoloft for almost a year now and I have gained about 15 pounds while on it, and I feel awful for it. :c I get no support for wanting to diet at home and I don't have a lot of say in what I am fed (since I am 17 and I live at home). I try really hard to make it to the gym and eat right but I have horrible self-control.
I was thinking that things might seem easier if I had some ladies to talk to that were also in my situation and are actually supportive of me.
I look forward to joining this community, and I hope that this will be my push start into a healthier life!
