Evening everyone! I stumbled across this group by chance and I really like the way everyone is supportive. I started my journey three weeks ago. I've been making major changes in what I eat and how active I am. I'm trying to reverse 21 years of weight gain and I know that by making wise choices and getting more active I can do it. I have a Wii Fit program that is making my exercise fun. Good luck to all who are making the same journey! We can do it one pound at a time.
The wii fit program sounds interesting. That is a great way to do exercise especially if you are like me and dread working out. I am also trying to get rid of 21 years lbs. Hope to see you around the forum!
