I am new to the Chicks but I am an old hat at dieting. I am currently on Weight Watchers [again - my first WW Life Time was back in 1970] and I finally broke the 200 mark. For me, Points Plus is really working.

I am retired and living near Lake Chapala in Mexico, which has its own challenges. Few "diet" or low-cal products are available but inexpensive, very fresh produce abounds. And no snow!

Welcome! Congrats on your weight loss success to date. Enjoy your new state. Wish I lived somewhere that did not have snow. I hate the cold, ice and snow.
