Hi my name is Audrey I'm a mother of 4 beautiful children now that I'm done having kids I need to get this weight which I'm down 30 lb since July I started at 261 and I'm down to 231. The last pregnancy is what most of this weight is from I had a set of twins now they r a year old I'm active not as much as I should be. I live in AZ and its too hotttt to go walking but I'm still keeping the weight off I would like to get to 170 is a healthy weight for me I'm 5'11 thank u I hope to get to meet new friends and some help and push
