hello all, I am a new memeber & need help. My weight gain is mostly in the stomach area... I have to buy a size 20 just to fit my stomach but i could probably fit another person in the leg area...lol, but really it is just too big every where else. I can still get my size 12 on but of course I can't dream of zipping or button them. Just to give u a visual, I hope it makes sense.

Question: What is the BEST way to lose belly fat?

I am just starting the 30day meal plan by Dr Ian Smith on 50million pound challenge, so I hope it help.

Welcome to the forum. I am not familiar with your food plan but wish you the best of luck on it. Unfortunately, I do not think there is any type of weight loss program that will help you lose weight in just one area of your body. Some exercising aimed and toning stomach muscles may help tone the area once the weight starts to come off.
