Hello everyone!
This is my first post on this forum. I wanted to introduce myself and tell you guys a little about myself.
My name is Maggie. I joined this forum to gain motivation and support, and to give it out as well. I have a goal to lose about 95 pounds in the next 12 months. I plan to start with Jillian Michael's 30 day shred...tomorrow!

I'll be supplementing that with kickboxing workouts and a low carb diet.
I just recently moved out on my own and what better time to reinvent myself? I used to be athletic...I want to get back to those days.
