Hello Again!
Hello everyone! I haven't been on this site for a couple years now, but decided I'd come hang out again.
The last time I regularly used this website I was very successful in weight loss (losing 50lbs easily...which I have now gained back) and now I'm struggling again.
I have 60+ lbs to lose...and have to lose it asap. I am 26 years old and was recently told that I have a fatty liver. This scares the crap out of me. I don't want to put my health at risk any longer...and I definitely need some support. I talked to my mom about this today and she told me that when I was a kid the doctors mentioned that they needed to put me on a special diet...that they saw this fatty liver thing being a problem for me in the future. My parents never really did anything to fix my diet, and they also never told me about my potential risk of having a fatty liver. My husband is supportive, but doesn't really understand. He's never been overweight in his life and he thinks if I just run it'll fix itself. I wish it was that easy!
I just feel that I have to be successful again this time, and I'm hoping this site helps me out!
