Ready to Get This Party Started!
Hey, my name is Valerie, I am new here and am ready to get my life back! I just turned 34 and I feel like I am 80! This is just not the life that I had pictured in any way. So, I have decided that it is time that I do something about it and not just put it on the back burner like I have done a hundred times before.
I am in the process of quitting smoking also, so this is all a double whammy to my body! I went from a pack a day to a pack every 10 days. Feeling better about that, but still just need to quit.
I have a strong addiction to carbs, so I really need to limit them. I have found on past attempts, that I need to ween myself off of them in order to no longer crave them. I also know that I need to have no (or very few) carbs at dinner and then no eating after say, 7pm.
I have a plan, just not an organized plan. I also need to get up off of my butt and MOVE IT, MOVE IT!!! I can't wait to get to know many of you and I hope that I can become an inspiration to some as some of you have already been to me!
