Hi there!
I have about 60 pounds to lose and over the past few years I've been fluctuating between having healthy exercise and diet habits to just being completely lazy. Lately I've been in a rut, eating badly and only being able to get myself to exercise twice a week, if even that much. I gained around 40 pounds in the last three years, and I'm more than a little disappointed in myself for letting it get this far. It feels awful. So, I joined a community in hopes that having other people to talk to that are also on a weight loss journey will help motivate me.
I am currently 5 ft. 3 in. in height and between 180-185 pounds.
I want to get back down to 140, which was my weight 4 years ago. If I can get down there again I am definitely gonna keep going.
