Hello everyone! I am a 19 year-old girl from Chicago and I've been struggling with my weight since about 5th grade. I start college again next Tuesday, and once I start college I have access to my college's amazing gym facility once more.
I'm terrified of making lifestyle changes because I never manage to stick to anything whether it works or not.
But now I'm motivated. I'm terrified of heart disease and diabetes, both which run in my family, and I need to change right away.
Any guidance would be much appreciated! I look forward to getting to know you all.
