I just wanted to introduce myself as i've been a reader of this forum for months, but never participated. Having been a big girl my whole life, im 27, i finally snapped out of it January 4th, of 2011. I did a complete 360 and started a long arduous journey of changing old habits and making a permanent lifestyle change . and I finally reached my first goal! I lost 100 lbs this week (appx 9 months later)
. super excited about it! but now i'm entering a new stage of weightloss. i have to lose another 85, and maintain the loss. I can say im a little daunted, but excited for the coming changes!
wow...theres so much i want to ask and share in this long journey! and since its all i think about and want to talk about, i thought i'd join this forum and meet like minded motivated people...to share ideas, and support each other. cheers! and happy living to you!
