Default I'm back!

Well I'm finally back! I found that I really kept on my program while I was using this forum. Maybe it was just being surrounded by so much inspiration it really kept me on track. I was down to 199, I am not back at 233. I don't feel like I was splurging often, but I must have been to gain that much back! So I will give it another try!

Welcome back!

I could be wrong but I think a big problem for a lot of people is that they aren't really aware of what they are eating when they don't think about it. For example, my Mom thinks those little packets of ramen you can buy are one serving. They are actually two. So what you are getting is ~380 calories in just one and that's not much food, nor is it good food. My brother eats two...that's a lot of calories and sodium for one meal! So maybe it's not that you were eating a lot but just weren't really aware of what you were eating?

Oh well, you live and learn! You'll get back on track in no time!

I absolutely agree. I think even though i wasn't bingeing and eating to the point of exploding like in the past, I still was eating without paying attention and it's not like I was throwing a lot of vegetables or fruit in the mix. So even if I wasn't finishing off a bag of chips in one sitting, I was still snacking on them!
