Hello, I'm new here
I decided to make a move on weight loss after a comment from a relative which really upset me. I've been just generally cutting stuff out this past week and have lost 2lbs so far, which was a boost for me to see that I could do it.
I'm now starting with healthy eating and calorie counting rather than a set diet because I find it easier that way.
I used to have binge eating disorder which meant that my weight got higher and higher over the time I suffered. I've managed to recover from that but my weight never really went down either, so it's time for a change.
