Newbie here-- Decided today was the day to go back to caring for myself. I have many pounds to loose and want to do it in a safe and healthy way. I am going to try WW-- I have all the information from when I joined a couple of years ago and want to use that as my spring board. So here I am ready to take in any helpful hints, ideas, recipes--and support to keep me going to reach my goal.
