hiya, im lou from birmingham, joined as cud really do with some suport to try and shift this weight, had a babys 12 weeks ago, but even before tha i had put two stone on and crept up to 15stone, im only 5ft 4 and i look terrible, plus i want to be able to run around with mykids and not feel self conscious

please help me guys

Have a look around and post wherever you're comfortable. It's normal to put on weight when having a baby. Slowly, but surely you can take it off
