New to group
Hi there,
I'm new here, but not new to dieting. I am 41 years old, my whole life I never struggled with weight, probably due to being very active. When I hit 30, weight started to creep up on me. I went from 120 to 160 in a few years! I desperately joined LA weightloss with great success. Got down to 130 and was very happy at that weight. Then came 2 kids, and 4 years ago I decided to stay home from work. That is when the weight really came on. I went from 150 to 200.3 lbs as of today!!! Over the 4 years of being home with the kids, I tried Weight watchers, and many other diets out there! Nothing has helped. I also found out earlier this year I have Celiacs Disease, which is sooo hard, being that controling eating is already an issue for me, now I have to go gluten free, which I cheat all the time, suprise! And that makes me feel horrible.
I've decided to get this finally under control! I really want to follow the LA Weightloss plan again, since it did work for me in the past!
