My name is Stephanie,
I'm new here and looking forward to my journey with all of you. I'm fairly healthy, I eat very cautiously except for the occasional snack which I'm learning to avoid but I'm still overweight for my height and age. I walk for at least an hour everyday but I'm trying to get into a lifestyle of more vigorous exercise because walking and eating healthy hasn't really helped me. I don't have a lot of muscle :/ and I have a lot of trouble losing weight, I've been the same weight since middle school so I'm hoping I can get some motivation and help here to keep me dedicated I'm sure all it will take is time. I'm looking to breaking this plateau which I seem to have been stuck in since 6th grade as well as adapting to a healthier life style and becoming a more confident and happy person.

One good thing about staying the same weight for a long time is you have more clothes & they all fit =) lol. Glad you found this site, it's so helful & theres literally a spot for everyone Theres chats by age, by diet plan, by what type of challenge you want, by what type of difficulties you may have, its great
