Red face Ready To Start!
My name is Laura and I recently hit my highest weight ever. 245. I've been "trying" to lose weight my whole life, but I'm finished. No more excuses! I'm 21 and I refuse to spend the rest of my 20s being fat and depressed.

I need to do this, and I hope we can all support each other. I'm very happy to have found this site. I hope to get down to 130 by my 23rd birthday!

Hi Laura! I'm 24 and feel the exact same way!! With this site, we can help each other through this! The good thing about this group, there's always someone around to help with a particular issue (I only joined this group like 2 days ago, but have been lurking a little while longer)

Welcome Laura! I'm 22 and I weigh 246 (had a slight relapse a month in but don't want to change my ticker again until I'm back to 243 >_<) so we're just about even for a starting point
