Red face 45lbs to lose

Hi I am 33 I have 3 kids and I am in need of a buddy that is doing a low carb diet like me. Today is my 2nd day in I am trying to lose 45lbs. So if this sounds a little like you and you would like to be my friend let me know. If you have any good recipes I would love to here them also. What is induction phase anyway I have not heard that before I came to these forums.

Hi, I have the same about 50 lbs to lose now, and I need a buddy to keep me motivated so I will do it with you. Today is the first day of my new begininng.

I could use a good friend! Im 24 and I have about 40 pounds to lose! I make interesting little meals here and there and I'm watching calories more than carbs, maybe I should start watching those too! I'd love a friend in this weight loss battle and I love too cook and cook healthy so any time I think of something yummy I can let you know!

Have you used myfitnesspal? I love it! It's the only reason I can watch my food intake and is the sole reason that I have lost the weight I have! You don't have to join it just a friendly suggestion!

I am trying the SB diet. IDK how it is going to go this time around. I got on the scale at the doctor's office and that was it for me. I decided I had to make a real change. I exerciser regularly, but what I put in my mouth...OH my goodness...so my first mini goal is to get rid of the sugar cravings and if I can do that the rest will be smooth sailing...

Hi there! I am a mom of 3 myself! I have 50-60 pounds to lose and I am starting a low carb program in the next few days (in the process of getting the fridge and pantry cleaned out, making sure I understand the program thoroughly and finding recipes that follow said program). I wish you much success!
