Hi Everyone! I have been lurking on this website on and off for a couple of years, but I never had the courage to post. Tonight, I decided to say “Hi”. I’m 42 years old and have 110 pounds to lose. I live in Nebraska, and I am hoping this process will help me finally do it!

Welcome!!!!! If you are looking for motivation you came to the right place. Everyone is here to support you and we totally understand what you are going through. I have 135lbs to lose myself and I am 23lbs into it.

I've noticed I lose or maintain while using 3FC, and when I stray I gain! Hope it helps you too!

Welcome I lost 6lbs in 3 months before joing her last month and this month i have lost 7lb this website has definetly helped me. Hope it helps you too All the best on dieting journey!!
