Hi everybody! My name's Maggie, I'm 18, getting ready to go to college in the fall. I'm currently 213 lbs. I'm 5'8". Several years ago, when I was in 4th and 5th grades, I lost a lot of weight. I was doing weight watchers and exercising regularly. I played basketball and volleyball, I rode horses, rode my bike on a daily basis, Went walking at night. Since then, I've had a lot of life changes and been dealing with depression and things. I've ended up gaining back all of the weight I lost and then some.
I need to get some motivation back and I really need to start getting healthy again. I remember feeling better when I losing weight. I'd like to get back there.
I'd appreciate any and all support or advice or both!
