Back on the wagon
Hi all,
I've started to get serious about losing some weight and I decided to come back to 3FC as part of the process. I used to frequent these fora under a different name a few years back, but I've since gained lots of weight and I want a new identity for the process. I am an experienced dieter who hasn't ever been able to manage maintenance for more than 2 years without starting to regain weight. I love exercise, I love healthy food and I always count calories for weight loss.
I look forward to re-joining this community and receiving support for what is, frankly, the demoralizing business of losing weight I should never have allowed myself to gain.
