Hello everyone,

On the suggestion of a new friend, I am here. So I'm hoping that this will help me on my weight loss journey...

I have always been the 'big girl'. When I was in HS, I was a size 14 and I thought I was HUGE. What was I thinking?! I'd kill to be a size 14 right now! And that is my goal size for right now. I had weighed around 270 for the past few years. A couple months ago when I really decided that I wanted to lose some lbs, I weighed myself and was 280! I'm now down to 257 and I have dropped from a size 24 to a size 20! Inching a little closer to my goal.

I'm from WV, live in AZ, love my family, and horses are my passion.

Guess I should go find somewhere to post on here, but just wanted to say 'hey'.

I'm also looking for people to help motivate me on my journey I'm not familiar with that plan?

I am using the 'my fitness pal' app on my phone to keep me within my calories. I am also walking 2 miles every day and riding my horse whenever I can get away from my kids :P
