Hi there, I am a newbie. Been checking out the site for a while and finally decided to post an intro. I started my weight loss April 23 and have since dropped 28.4 lbs thanks to Weight Watchers and exercise. I am really excited to join this site and be able to learn, give support and receive it when needed!

I am getting ready to start the Ideal Protein program next week. I did it in the past and didn't allow myself to complete all 4 phases. I am excited to get to here I want to be and maintain for life!!! I look forward to supporting everyone on their individual journey, ups and downs.
