Youre tiny, you are going to have to do more than "keep your eating healthy"
You have to be in a caloric deficit to lose fat. DO youhave ANy idea AT ALL how many calories you are consuming a day, usually? Especially gfor vanity pounds, dieting (IN MY OPINION) is 100% of the equation. Others here will argue its 90 or 80% or whatever. But irregardless, you need to nail the diet part down, and im afraid at your hieght/weight, youre prob going to have to go pretty low (calorie wise) to see any noticable changes). Thats great that you workout everyday, but the 400 cals (give or take) you burn in the gym or running dont make a dent in the cals you burn all day long, just existing. You can eat back those gym calories in the blink of an eye, without ven realizing it, and boom! There went your "deficit". Its extrememly difficult, if not impossible for the majority of women to create enough of a caloric deficit to lose fat by exercise alone. Just not going to happen.
ANd you CAN get "fat" eating healthy! you can get" fat" on broccolli and tuna fish. ITs all about calories in vs calories out at the end of the day, and EVERYTHING you put in your mouth has calories, even when something claims to be caolrie free. So, if you havent already, you need to go online and find a BMR calculator that will give you a ROUGH idea of the amount of calories you are burning in a day (really, this is just a starting number, if you dont have any idea already) Subtract 20-30% of those cals and that should put you in a harsh deficit. Or you could just subtract 500 cals from that number, to get roughly one pound of fat a wekk loss (of course its NEVER that simple and doesnt work quite like that)
