Hi, my name is Claire and I'm 25. I am heavy, I have been this way all my life. I dont even know how much I weighed in high school, I wish I weighed that now though because I remember fitting into size 14 jeans! I just weighed in last week and the scale read 279; jesus. Biggest I have ever been. I joined a gym last week and work out 5 days a week, and have worked up to 45 mins on the elliptical without stopping!
I weighed in yesterday with a 4 pound loss, so theres something!
I just need more support; sugar is an addiction for me, I keep craving it and getting it anyway I know how. Ugh.
I am in a new good relationship; and my boyfriend invited me to his work christmas party; and I want to be 50 lbs lighter by this date.
i lost my first 50lbs in my first 5months, without much exersice (shame on me, i know) . But i believe your goal is very realistic and if you stick to it you gonna be there in no time
