i have tried the 17 day diet, which is kind of like an all protein diet at first, but i was so hungry all the time and got very sick of eating just certain foods all the time and gave up

it lost about 4 lbs on it in about a week, which is pretty good, however i gained all 4 lbs back very quickly after stopping. i really want to find a diet that is easy to follow and works pretty well, but i just can't seem to find one that works for me.
