There, that was the first step, right?
I eat chips when i am happy, when i am sad, depressed...insert any emotion here.
I am ready to stop- I need to lose about 80lbs- I am in my forties and have had enough.
I dont have much of a plan right now other than to stop eating chips-
I am going to start eating more veggies and fruits
The part of my day where I experience my biggest downfall is after work- around 2ish until dinner....
So i feel like I took a big step in identifying where some of my problem areas are-

You sound a lot like me when I arrived here - 40s, mostly healthy foods but late afternoon chip habit, a very serious chip habit. The good news is you can do this now and you will be so glad you did. Cutting out the chips is the first step. Nice to meet you
