hi! i'm new. i currently weigh 200 lbs. i'm getting to the point where i want my life back to how it used to be. i've been starting to change up the way i eat and i recently bought the 10 minute trainer with the band and the door connection. personally i don't want to use the door part. i was wondering if that was possible. if anyone has ever done it i'd like your input.
