Hi everyone
I am also new to the forum and after reading the 3FC book this weekend I realize I was tired of being a fat chick. I am a stay at home mom to two lovely boys and a brand new baby girl. So now I am ready to become thinner and healthier so I can have more energy to do things with my kids.

Just remember one day at a time. I have lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. Not bad for a 53 year old woman!
