Hi all! Im Samantha im 22 ive also got a 2 year old little girl her name is Allison. I was at 189 pounds when I got pregnant then got to 210. November last year I decided I really needed to do somthing about my weight I hated being fat just made me not feel good about myself. I ran on a treadmill for a 30min everyother day. I counted my calorie intake. Now im 160 pounds I want to lose more weight I want to try for 140 ive lost 50 pounds total
and feel really good about it. Im really excited to get to know everone on here! Ive been going on a walk everday but would love to go jogging I just dont want to do it alone! Im really hoping to find some people in COLORADO SPRINGS who would like to workout together I love walking on trails, hiking..jog. I dont really like gyms id rather enjoy the outdoors
