Cool Need to change my perspective

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to 3FC. I've struggled with my weight for my entire life. I've yo-yoed over the past 10 years between 250 and 200. I can't even remember the last time I was under 200 pounds and that's sad. I let my weight skyrocket after a car accident in Nov 2010. And I'm a grad student and tend to stress eat. Just on here hoping for a "mental boost" in the right direction to get going on my weight loss goals.

This site is one of the most supportive I've ever seen so whenever you feel like you're not on the path you want to be, just post here! I just joined almost a month ago and love it.
There are tons of resources too for recipes and I love the ticker! I'm a few days of getting mine and feel like it's a little bit more motivating.
