Hello Everyone,
I'm new to 3FC. I've struggled with my weight for my entire life. I've yo-yoed over the past 10 years between 250 and 200. I can't even remember the last time I was under 200 pounds and that's sad. I let my weight skyrocket after a car accident in Nov 2010. And I'm a grad student and tend to stress eat. Just on here hoping for a "mental boost" in the right direction to get going on my weight loss goals.
