Red face New and confused**

Im very excited to find this forum I have been struggling with my weight for the last 3 years. All of a sudden I was 60 pounds overweight and now I feel stuck. I feel like I'm to scared to try do to anything to lose weight because I don't know what to do and frankly I really believe I'm too big to go back.

I was 70lbs overweight (probably 80 when I reach a really good weight) and I'm getting there! Trust me there is nothing you can't do if you want it enough!

Too big to go back to what? To big to go back to being more active and eating healthier? Nobody is too big for that.

Losing weight is a very achievable goal as long as we keep it realistic and take the steps towards making it come true. Choosing to watch our food intake... making sure that most of our foods are portioned properly and are filling our nutrition requirements... and then adding in activity. A walk, a bike ride, a game outdoors, gardening, dancing to music, taking the stairs, parking further from the stores.... it's all added activity. It's all extra steps.

Doing nothing means that nothing changes. And that's scarier!

You can do this.

You just have to find a plan that suits you! I've learned that this is a process of trial & error! Start focusing on a healthy diet before you worry about exercise. Starting off with both could be a little overwhelming. Good luck!
