I have been overweight and prone to comfort eating ever since i had my son 7 years ago.
I am ashamed of my body and fed up of hearing myself moan about being fat and looking horrible that i need to get up,shut up and do something about it!!!
I lack willpower and have health problems that tend to make my thoughts very negative so some support would be fabulous!
Don't worry...so many of us are on the same boat! I feel the same way when my weight ballooned after the kids-7 and 4- (not during the pregnancy-go figure). It's a process I just restarted for the umpteenth time and it's one step a a time.

Weight loss is difficult (in my opinion) to accomplish when there is a substantial amount to get off. I've been working at weight loss for quite some time now.
Baby steps and a strong mindset is the key.
I got to the point of being fed up with my weight and then it just snapped.
My tips: watch portion control, eat more veggies then anything, but don't deprive yourself of treats or you'll end up going overboard one day and eat a whole cake or something! Drink a lot of water and stay busy.
Get the mindset that THIS IS THE TIME for the weight to come off.
I have health problems BECAUSE of the excessive weight AND it would only get worse if I didn't get the weight off.
If I can give you encouragement throughout your journey, find me and I'll be there for you. Baby steps, mindset, portion control and stay busy. You can do this, just concentrate as if your life depends on this.
Hiya!! I think we are all in the same boat. I've been telling myself for the past year that 'i'm too fat', that 'i need to diet' and that 'il start tomorrow' lol .. This time i really mean it!! This time nearly 2 weeks ago (the longest i have ever stayed commited to a diet) i would have been tucking into a big bar of choclate followed by crisps, followed by sweets followed by more chocolate. Lol.. For the past 2 weeks ive been drinking nothing but water, veggies, grilled chicken or fish and making my own soups. I feel so much better! I have so much more energy! And i have lost 7 pounds!! I know that i can never go back to eating how i did before! Its now or never for me. If i can do it then you really can! I promise. Have faith in yourself! And remember to treat yourself once in a while. Good luck!! Imagine how you will feel once you have lost the weight. AMAZING!! Xx
