I started being active on this site a few weeks ago and it has helped. I have tried to lose weight 100s of times, but i think this one will be THE one. We have similar starting weights

. My advice is take it day by day and make small changes towards a healthy lifestyle. Whether its adding a couple minutes of walking a day, a few more reps of an exersice, or choosing a healthy snack! YOU CAN DO IT! good luck!
