Hey all!
I've been lurking for a few weeks and finally decided to drop by and say hi.
Weight has been an issue for me all my life. I had planned to do the reverse of the "freshman 15" my first year of college. That didn't quite happen, but I've decided to make some changes this summer before I get back to school!
I've currently lost 20 lbs by diet and zumba (which I absolutely love!) I also plan on starting the 30DS tomorrow. Looking forward to getting to know you all.
