  • Hello! I just found this site and love it! I have been overweight my entire life, done some yo-yoing and tend to binge.My highest weight was somewhere between 280-290 (don't like stepping on scales!). I weighed myself this morning and I am at 238! I am walking every morning and that seems to help a lot! Anyway, glad to be here!

    What a great example you are! Walking everyday and exercise is something that I have trouble motivating myself to do.
  • I have been walking at a lake. The road is hilly so you really got a work out.
