Hey there! I'm new here and trying to stay motivated. I have this huge problem. I'll start working out eating right and losing weight, then stress hits in the school year and I start gaining weight. Last summer I lost 22lbs! I was happy with it, then, school started again and I gained 30lbs...
I do this a lot actually. I need to learn how to stay with it. I keep kicking myself knowing that I could be in shape, thin, healthy and at my goal right now if I didn't start going back to Starbucks because I "just needed my caffeine" and if I kept cooking and running.
