Default New.. trying to keep motivated

Hi everyone! I'm very new here (joined yesterday) and am already enjoying all of the great posts that include advice, support and even recipes! I've been toying with using the points PLUS from WW or going back to the "old" points plan.. any ideas/suggestions? I guess I'm worried about eating too much fruit (being that its free)...

Hi, Cheermom! I am also doing old school WW. I pulled out my old kit and started last week (lost 4 lbs). I lost 18 on it a few yrs ago so it's worth a shot again. Friends of mine are doing the new plan and though carbs and protein are finally accounted for, I don't like that calories aren't.

Welcomeee! I've never been on WW but I've been thinking about it recently because I have friends who have had success with the online plan.

Motivation is my downfall, but reading the stories of everyone on here has certainly helped!

I've never done weight watchers, I've tried so many other things. Oddly, the only one that ever worked for me was the Deal-a-Meal by Richard Simmons when I was in high school! Wow, I lost a lot on that plan. Or maybe it was the excessive biking and Tae Bo.

Hey & Welcome =)

I'm following WW Points+, and enjoying it. It calculates the calories via fat/carbs/protein. That's why we don't have to add calories in separately anymore.

Remember even though fruit is zero points, it's not "free". It's just that it's already added into the day. If you're worried about eating too much, add a personal limit of 3-4 per day at the very most! =)

Best of luck!

diet as usual, if your body accustomed to eating 3 times a day then you should eat 3 meals a day cuman misalanya change the menu in foods that contain portions of carbohydrates, protein and meat on cut and added to foods that contain lots of fiber for longer in the digestive stomach
