Hi all,

I am excited to be here. My name is Kim, I am a 46 year old mother of 5. I started my weight loss journey(this time) in April of this year. So far, so good.;-) I am looking forward to reading all of your post, finding inspiration from others, and hopefully winning this battle of the bulge!

Hello! I am new here as well. I found this forum site and thought i might be able to find some support to help me on my journey and keep me from failing again.

It's an incredibly difficult thing to change your eating habits after years of bad habits!!!!

Daily struggle. I'm hoping this time I'll be able to get down to my goal.
