Newbie in Missouri

  • Hi All - I'm new to the site - just signed up yesterday and started my diet yesterday. My issue is I LOVE FOOD. I exercise daily but am hungry ALL the time I eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies, however, I also like pizza and wine and other junk food which is loaded with calories. I joined this website with the hopes of getting some support to stick to my diet. I am doing Weight Watchers. Anyone out there have any success with Weight Watchers?

    Actually I've had a lot of success with Weight Watchers. I lost over 100 lbs following the plan. Eating healthier foods, staying within my points, exercising frequently... that is until I stopped following the plan... but that's another story.

    Yes. If you follow the plan... it works! Very well. I'm actually following it again, and have lost 14 lbs so far.

    Remember that if you can keep those foods in moderation you can eat them on Weight Watchers. Follow the good health guidelines and if you want a slice or two of pizza you can find the points for it and make sure that you have a side of veggies or something to keep you full up.
