Hello , I'm maria i started eating healthy and exercising in feb 2010 i was at 15 st 3lb which is about (214 pounds ) i think
i got down to 12st 10 ( 169 ) by september 2010 ..then i got sloppy i relaxed thinking i can lose a few pounds if i gain....it'll be fine...famous last words...
.I'm now at 13st 8lb (193) and knuckling down to get this shifted again ..my goal is 11st ish (154)

Thank you for the warm welcome :0) ....well 4 days into training again I weighed myself today and i've lost 4 lb , it's such a boost seeing the numbers going in the right direction :0)
