Hi.
So far I have lost 16 pounds this year via counting calories. I have stayed at 1500 calories a day.
Now I'm set to increase the pace by staying at 1440 calories a day and do a Jillian Michaels DVD six times a week.
By starting weight was 154. My current weight is 138. My goal weight is 110.
I'm 5'2. Looking to drop 28 pounds.
