Hey triice, I'm definitely in the 'back on track' category rather than staying on track. Had a really bad week last week so determined today is the start of a much better week. Thanks for the motivation! How do you stay focused?

Triice, let's see if we can stay focused for the whole week! Baby steps for me as I still reallly struggle with weekends. I'm off to the gym in a bit for some strength training, hoping it's going to burn off some fat too!

Tiffanylee - Well done for a good week! Only half a milkshake? That's not at all bad for a slip up. Good work too on the fruit and veg. I'm trying to replace some of my fruit consumption with veg to avoid taking in too much sugar. It's hard as I find it much easier to snack on fruit than veg!

Mind if I chime in? I'm going to start the P90x workout again on Monday (sigh). I just hate the yoga days on it.

I'm not doing any diet...just trying to make a lifestyle change - eat six small meals a day, focusing on protein and veggies.
